In addition to her position of Board Secretary, Carol is proudly seen as the board’s “Go To Person” supporting other members in the successful completion of their activities.

 

With a keen attention to detail, she has been responsible for the creation of all organizational roles including Board Executive, Board Director’s, Chairs for Ad-Hoc Committee Chairs and Volunteers adopting (traditionally) paid position.

 

Carol’s interest in revising the board policies, procedures and governance by-laws has resulted in an extensive and all-encompassing Association Policies & Procedures Manual.
