East Haldimand Hospice Inc.

2007  -  February,   The East Haldimand Hospice Inc. became incorporated as a Registered Charity.

 

2010  -  East Haldimand Clinical Group produced it’s first information brochure.

 

2013  - March,  Shared Harvest hosted East Haldimand Hospice Inc., Members of the LHIN & CCAC to establish the planning committee for By The Willow Day Hospice.

 

2013  -  December 12th,  East Haldimand Hospice Inc. Board Members held their annual Retreat to set the stage for the revitalization of it’s contribution to the community.
